SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tactica! ? Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. For example, if you order an item on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders can be picked up in person at 1030 Duane Ave, Santa Clara, CA during normal business hours or shipped via the USPS.
A note about our shipping price: as a small business with limited inventory, we do not qualify for commercial shipping rates. We are working to provide the simplest and most cost-effective shipping options.
Shipment method
USPS Shipping - $10 flat rate - 3-5 business days
In-store Pick up - FREE - Must come to Tactica Santa Clara HQ (1030 Duane ave, Santa Clara) during regular business hours. Must show receipt.
International orders, Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Tactica ships to the continental United States, including P.O. Boxes! We do not ship outside of the U.S.at this time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Tactica is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
